Resources for Older Adults The Social Concerns Cluster Team which includes Prince of Peace has developed a list of resources for Older Adults in Summit, Medina, and Wayne Counties. It is in a PDF file which is accessible through the following link: List of Resources for Older Adults(11-11) Your parents or grandparents may, at some time in their life, be in need of resources for meals, home care, respite care, transportation, etc. and other possible services to remain independent in their own home. Adult children who work and have a family of their own may need additional outside resources to help their loved ones maintain their independence. The above list is meant to be an aid in finding this help. |
