Catholic Charities Appeal 2021
The 2021 Diocesan Catholic Charities Appeal will be held at Prince of Peace the weekend of February 27/28. Please pledge your financial support to make a lasting difference in the lives of people throughout the Diocese of Cleveland, especially in Summit and Medina Counties. We hope to have 100% participation this year and that your family opts for paying your generous pledge over 10 months. Pledge envelopes will be distributed at Mass. If you have already made a pledge through the mail, we thank you!
The theme for the 2021 Catholic Charities Annual Appeal—”Love Your Neighbor“—reminds us that we must love Jesus and our neighbors, as these are the greatest commandments given to us by our Lord. As missionary disciples, we work together to respond to our neighbors in need throughout Northeast Ohio.
This simple message, which was commanded by Jesus, is appropriate for our time – when society is experiencing an awakening as to who is their neighbor. Thank you for providing help + hope to our neighbors in Northeast Ohio.
Because of the pandemic, the needs this year have skyrocketed. Father Bob hopes to have 100% participation from families this year.
