A Thank You from Ardmore
Thank you Prince of Peace Family!
Your generous gifts of pots and pans for all our homes and bags of Christmas joy to everyone we support was such blessing. We didn’t get as many pictures as I had hoped since staffing has been a bit of a challenge, but please know they were appreciated by all!
We are very grateful for your continued kindness of both time and money to Ardmore. It’s certainly been a unique and challenging year, and we certainly welcome your prayers for both our faithful staff and the people we support. We all need a good dose of hope!
Thanks again for thinking of us.
Ardmore Project 2021 Update
THANK YOU to all of the parishioners from Prince of Peace Church! We collected enough donations to cover a holiday gift bag for every client at Ardmore. In addition, we were able to purchase a new set of pots and pans (that were greatly needed) and four sets of bath towels for all 15 homes!
Thank you so much for your generosity and for being part of the Ardmore Team!
Ardmore Project 2021
Again this year, we will continue to support Ardmore. However, instead of donating items, Ardmore would like the items to come from one source again this year due to COVID. Hopefully, next year, we can go back to actual donations.
Prince of Peace Parish will participate in the Ardmore Project. We will be collecting monetary donations this year so all the items will come from one source. There will be collection bins at each entrance beginning the weekend of November 13th and continuing through December 5th. (Please place your donation in an envelope marked “Ardmore Project.” Each year, we have been able to provide wonderful gifts of socks, hats, gloves, soaps, crafts, etc. to adults with disabilities.
Most of these people have no families, so they gift they receive from Prince of Peace is their only gift. We will have the high school students package the gifts on Saturday, December 11th at the home of The Noes. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the church office or call Mike and Terri Noe at 330-335-5304. More details will be sent out to these students. Thank you for all you do to help these adults with disabilities.
